Show unread chats
Select Chats, then Unread. The list shows conversations with an unread count.
Step 2 of 2
Open or refresh
Select a conversation to read it. Use Refresh to reload the list, or select Unread again to show all chats.
Good to know
The unread filter applies to chats; announcements have their own list. Search can further narrow what appears.
