Ten rooms, one building
ClubWorks is organized the way your officers already talk about the club. Pick a room to see what it does.
Website & apps
A website in your colors, a private member portal and your club's own app for iPhone and Android, all kept up to date from one place.
Connected by design
Every part of ClubWorks uses the same club record. Add an event and it is on the website, the app and the TV. Renew a member and their card, their dues and their access all agree.
Rentals · ClubWorks Rentals
ClubWorks Rentals has everything for the people who keep the hall busy. Every inquiry, room, contract, invoice and banquet event order lives with the booking it belongs to.
Staff · ClubWorks Workforce
Plan the week on the web and publish it straight to staff phones. Bartenders, cooks and hall crew see their shifts, pick up open ones, clock in and message the team from the Workforce app.
Screens · ScreenWorks
ScreenWorks runs every TV in the club from one place. Design slides in the Studio, build playlists, show sponsors, and let jackpots and tonight's events update themselves, all in your club's colors.
The club's TVs show jackpots, specials and upcoming events in the club's own brand.
Games · Jackpots & drawings
Set up a Queen of Hearts, a 50/50 or a dice jackpot in a few steps. Every drawing is recorded, the jackpot is always current, and the website and TVs show it without anyone retyping a number.
Your club is responsible for running games within your local and state gaming rules.
