Where to find itEncountered page or private support ticket
The Admin access is needed heading and explanation show the problem clearly; the signed-in email is personal information to review before sharing. Keep the message readable and hide the email unless the trusted recipient needs it to identify your account.

Check for private information
Example: a ticket link grants access
The ticket warning says, “Keep this link private — anyone with it can read and reply to this ticket.” An image can reveal that link through the address bar, while conversation text can reveal personal details; check both before sharing.

The ClubWorks support form and the ticket reply box illustrated here accept text only and have no image upload control. Describe the issue and what the image shows in text, then agree on a trusted direct follow-up channel with your club or ClubWorks Support if they need the image. Confirm the recipient before sharing, avoid public forums or unredacted exports, and see Track and reply to a support ticket for the ticket workflow.
Illustrations are reconstructions from ClubWorks source with fictional account and ticket details, not captures of a live account. No live workflow was verified; your club’s appearance may differ, and visible reply-time wording is not a delivery guarantee.
Ready to share
Your image should explain the problem, contain only necessary information and reach a trusted recipient. A short written account with the time, time zone and expected result makes it easier to understand.
