On this page
Public content is available without signing in
On an available public page, public sections can be read without signing in. A whole-page restriction applies before any of that page’s sections are shown. A visible menu link does not necessarily mean its destination is public.
When a whole page asks you to sign in
A protected page shows Members only while you are signed out; its message explains whether the page is for club members, officers or admins. Select Sign in and follow Sign in to ClubWorks with your password or a one-time code to authenticate and return to the same page on your club’s site. You can also select Go to the home page to return to the club’s home page.
When only part of a page is locked
On an otherwise public page, a Members only card replaces the protected section while the public content remains visible. Select Sign in on that card to return to this page after signing in; the card does not reveal the protected section’s title, text or image. If you are signed in without member access, the card says “This part of the page is for club members.” and has no sign-in button.
Signing in does not grant membership
To see member content, you need an active profile in this club and permission to use its member portal; membership in another club is not enough. Eligible members see member content, officers can also see officer content, and admins can see admin content. Protected custom pages may require these higher roles, while a members-only section requires member access.
When you are signed in but still cannot see a page
The message names the audience, such as “This page is for club officers,” and advises you to contact the club if you think access is missing by mistake. Signing in again does not grant the required membership or role. Select Go to the home page to return to the club’s home page.
Keep the three questions separate
Is the content available on the website, does your account have access in this club, and is its link shown in navigation? Those are separate decisions. If a signed-in access message looks wrong, contact your club.
